At Delila Filing, we stand behind the quality of our office supplies and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the return request approval.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Products not in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method (if applicable) or credited toward your next purchase (for cash-on-delivery orders).

  • We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect. Email [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be processed for delivery.
